Come meet and greet your officers: Justin Kneeshaw, Lila Johnson, Avery Harriger, and Mary Helen Prince.
Orientation Volunteers: Make sure you sign in at the NJHS table to receive credit for your Orientation Day service hours. Also, the officers will direct you to your work location and provide any instructions you might need.
New Members: Pick up your NJHS t-shirt during Orientation. Wear it proudly every month on our Wednesday meeting days and always wear your NJHS T for service events!

Help Needed Tuesday!
Hi Everyone!
Mrs. Vogel could use some help in her classroom on Tuesday, September 1 at 1pm. Go to the signupgenius and sign up if you have some time to spare! There are also a few slots left for the 31st! This is a great time of year to get in some service hours before you have homework to think about!
See you on Monday at orientation and our fun Kickoff event at Northville Park!

STAY IN-THE-KNOW!
Members: Don't get left behind! Take the following important steps so that you can stay involved with all our NJHS activities this year:
1. Sign up with Feedburner to get emails when this blog is updated.
See link on the right. All events will be announced here. Changes to events will be announced here. Important: Use a personal email address (NOT your nvps student account) to sign up. If you are unable to do this then be sure to check this website several times a week.
2. Create a SignupGenius account.
Members, you will need to create a signupgenius account, if you do not already have one. All our service projects will be organized via SignupGenius.
Use your personal email address rather than your NVPS student address. We prefer that you use your own personal email rather than a parent. If you use a parent email make sure you note your student member name in the signup. We need your service commitments in YOUR name.

Bring $3 and your suit & towel to swim after the meeting.
There is also tennis and volleyball, walking trails and a playground available.
Please be on time, the meeting will begin promptly at 2 pm, so we can enjoy the park the rest of the time. If anyone needs a ride from school please contact Ms. Wilson, kwilson@nvps.net
