Community Dinner and Art Show
We are looking for some help with our community dinner and ARTOME (art show) on Wednesday, February 26th from 4:30-7pm. Dinner will run from 5:30 to-6:30 that night. We are looking for help with setup (4:30-5:30) serving meals (5:30-6:30) to students and their families, and clean up during and after the event (6-7). We will also need some helpers willing to help parents and students locate their framed artwork. East Oakview Annual Carnival
On Saturday, April 18th East Oakview is once again having their annual school carnival from 11am-2pm. The little kids absolutely love seeing the bigger students at their school. We need help with games, concessions, face painting and prizes. We will have a signup genius put together for this event. Watch for details.
